Many people that we’ve talked to these days are now enjoying the convenience of online shopping. My 75 year old mom is an avid internet shopper. Even with the great prices and convenience of having products delivered to your doorstep, people are not completely happy with the online shopping experience. Some of the things we hear people wishing were better are the feeling that credit card information and personal information is safe. Internet marketers and credit card processors have come a long way in this area. Another thing we hear about is that there is just so much information out there, how do you know you are getting a good deal? How can you easily make comparisons? How can you make side-by-side comparisons between product features and product prices?

 

The music should now be chiming in your ear because, (music cue here), there are now an abundance of product price comparison search engines and directories. These directories list several products, there price, and the online store that carry the product. With the click of a button you can have a list of 100 similar items, sorted by store, sorted by price, or even if delivery is included. Using these directories makes shopping for price easy and fun. Because I’m not trying to endorse or promote any one directory, I won’t list any here. If you go to Google and enter “price comparison” you’ll have an abundance of choices. I found close to eight million results. The only problem now might be that you’ll need a product comparison directory comparison directory to find the best product comparison directory. Whew!
